Returns & Exchanges Policy

To initiate a return, you must first obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. You can request an RMA number online by visiting their Returns Center. It's important to note that the issuance of an RMA number does not guarantee the final decision, as all returns are subject to inspection. RMA numbers remain valid for ten days. 

Here's what you need to do for a smooth return process:

• Place the original item packaging inside a shipping carton.
• Include the invoice along with a clear explanation of the reason for the return. If the item is defective, please specify the nature of the defect.
• Please refrain from placing stickers or shipping labels directly on the original manufacturer’s package.
• Ensure that the RMA number is clearly written on the shipping carton to prevent any refusal during the return process.

If you're unsatisfied with your purchase, you have the option to exchange the item or request a refund within 30 days from the date of shipping from their warehouse (excluding any shipping and handling charges). However, for Pre-Owned items, the exchange or refund window is 14 days from the date of delivery.
