Standard delivery times vary depending on the destination:

• Continental US addresses can expect delivery within 4–7 business days.
• Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO/DPO addresses may take 10–14 business days.

For those seeking expedited delivery, they offer two options:

• Quick Delivery guarantees arrival within 2 business days if ordered by 3 pm ET, with an additional $8 fee.
• Express Delivery ensures next business day delivery if ordered by 3 pm ET, with an extra $15 charge.

International deliveries and shipments to Canada entail separate considerations. International orders incur duty charges, which will be communicated by a Customer Service representative prior to shipment. Canadian deliveries are subject to a $12 charge per address, with a similar delivery timeframe of 10–14 business days.

Return Policy

Exchanges can be made by calling toll-free or by mail. Exchanges are not possible if initiated online with a prepaid shipping label. Final Sale merchandise cannot be exchanged.
